List of Illustrations

Contents of 79 designs

(These food items are selected by muscle testing.  While the pages are in numerical order, they are also by food groups according to the author of the book.)

For clarity, I have handwritten the food name and page number (of the book) under each entry.

In addition, you will find my handwritten page number from 1-27 (in parentheses) of my list to be found in the upper left hand corner.

NOTE:   When transferring energy currents from a design, make certain that the design is isolated from any other information (like the name and page number handwritten below each food item.)

NOTE:  It is wise to separate each design and place it in a protective covering such as a clear plastic sandwich baggy. You may want to write the name and page number on the back of the design card.
